I recently had the joy of spending the day with Vanity Fair Magazine in sunny Los Angeles!
Vanity Fair has just opened their special social influencer headquarters in the most dynamic and innovative neighborhood of Los Angeles, at the new Platform LA.

Many social influencers gathered to enjoy a day full of Shiseido beauty, an Emmy discussion panel, and southern cookin’ from country superstar Trisha Yearwood.

I felt spoiled with endless amounts of Rose and was delighted with my special surprise fortune I chose from the “Wall of Happiness”

I made my way over to the Shiseido booth to check out their line of products. I particularly loved their lipstick, it moisturized my lips from the LA dryness and it was the perfect shade of red for daytime. They so kindly gave it to me as a gift….in shade “Burning Up”

I grew up on country music, so Trisha Yearwood and Garth Brooks hold a special place in my heart. It was pretty awesome to sit and chat with Trisha, getting to know her more as a person rather than the country music Superstar that she is. She loves bringing her joy of southern cooking to her audience and she is here to show the world that she can do a lot more than serenade us with her beautiful music.

I am not such a great cook and it is something I have been wanting to improve on so getting familiar with Trisha and her style of cooking was a real treat. Her show airs on the Food Network and don’t worry, if you are as bad as me and can barely boil water, you will still find it easy to follow. You can watch Trisha’s Kitchen here:

Also, a special shout-out to Mike Weiss, my amazing web & graphic designer that was able to accompany me. His shoe game is always on point.

It was certainly a great day in LA!
Thank you Vanity Fair!
